Watchhouse – Rock the Ruins

June 20 @ 7:00 pm 10:30 pm EDT

Watchhouse, the North Carolina duo of Andrew Marlin and Emily Frantz, will release their new album Rituals on May 30, 2025, via Tiptoe Tiger Music / Thirty Tigers. Their first collection of original songs since 2021’s acclaimed self-titled album, Rituals continues their legacy of heartfelt songwriting and masterful musicianship. Over the past decade, Watchhouse has grown from local coffeehouse performers to a nationally recognized act, selling out iconic venues like Red Rocks and the Ryman Auditorium while redefining roots music for a new generation.

Joining them in the folk world, Two Runner—a duo comprising songwriter Paige Anderson and fiddler Emilie Rose—brings an authentic, old-time sound rooted in their Northern California upbringing. Blending clawhammer banjo, rich harmonies, and evocative songwriting, Two Runner has carved a unique space in folk music, touring extensively and sharing stages with the likes of Watchhouse, Sierra Ferrell, and Charlie Parr. With a deep appreciation for tradition and a modern approach to storytelling, both Watchhouse and Two Runner continue to shape the contemporary folk landscape.

Rock the Ruins is a summer concert series hosted by Forty5 and The Vogue at Holliday Park, an enchanting 95-year old park nestled in a gently wooded neighborhood just six miles north of downtown Indianapolis. Perfect for experiencing live music, catching up with neighbors and friends, and connecting with nature, a Rock the Ruins concert is the ideal spot to spend a summer evening. We encourage our all-ages guests to bring chairs/blankets for all Rock the Ruins shows as seating will not be provided for general admission guests. No outside coolers or alcoholic beverages will be permitted in the park as guests will be encouraged to take advantage of a variety of local and artisan vendors selling food and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). Guests must present a valid ID (and be 21+) to purchase alcoholic beverages while on-site for any Rock the Ruins event at Holliday Park.
