Strawtown Koteewi

Large park with camping, history and unique activities

Strawtown Koteewi Park is the largest and most scenic park in Hamilton County. The park’s name derives from the Native Americans that called the land home centuries ago. Today, with more than 800 acres, the park showcases multi-use trails along the riverfront. Dig into history through archaeology, access canoe and kayak launch points, fish at the new lake, tackle a treetop obstacle course featuring ziplines, equestrian trails, an archery range, a snow tubing hill, and the nearby White River Campground.
